Dr. Julius Caesar V. Sicat, Regional Director of DOST-III and ASCOT Board of Trustees member, was awarded the Galing PMDP Award by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP).

He received the Tatag and Dangal awards at the 2nd Leadership Conference at DAPCC, Tagaytay City, on February 1-2, 2024, as announced by DOST-Central Luzon on Facebook.
