To Graduate Studies Program aims to:

• Provide leadership in graduate education to enhance resource development in the context of a rapidly changing environment;

• Stimulate and facilitate appropriate research activities in priority areas and other disciplines, disseminate, and utilize newly generated knowledge; and

• Provide a forum for creativity, innovations, and ingenuity where ideas and ideal are realized.
