Last August 8, 2013, the members of the ASCOT Faculty and Staff engaged in an educational venture leading them to exciting discoveries about themselves and their role as team members in a Symposium entitled: “Organizational Greatness: Equipping our Professionals of Today to be Relevant Tomorrow”.

The activity was conducted and facilitated by Ms. Maria Bryce Fabro and her team mates, Ms. Cristina Abrio and Mr. Eli Natividad from Center for Technical Excellence.

The participants benefited from an enriching workshop experience where they actively participated and got involved in different activities relevant to Organizational Greatness Values such as understanding, wanderment, world view, image and change. The experience also provided them the opportunity to grow and learn more about themselves as a person through a Brain Dominance Assessment where they determined their quadrant and the characteristics associated with each type.

The session was a delightful and transformative development activity that rejuvenated and inspired everyone giving them the chance to start making a difference through understanding and appreciating the uniqueness of each other for an overall individual and group effectiveness.
