The ASCOT Alumni Association, Inc. is pleased to announce its upcoming General Assembly for all alumni, with the primary goal of electing a new set of officers. The current term of the existing officers will conclude on December 22, 2023. The election is scheduled for Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 9:00 AM, ASCOT Alumni Office.
All alumni interested in voting, running for office, or assuming a leadership role are encouraged to form a lineup during the General Assembly. The elected officers will serve from December 23, 2023, to December 22, 2025. It is imperative that candidates be physically present during the election, and the lineup must be submitted during the General Assembly before the COMELEC.

Important Note:
As of the current moment, the ASCOT Constitution and By-Laws do not allow for online voting. Therefore, elected officers must secure a majority of votes from those present during the General Assembly.
