The majority of the designees are in their mid-20s to early 30s. This shows that the institution is unafraid of putting young people in positions of power. It exhibits that the institution believes and trusts in the capabilities of each person to fulfill their functions effectively and efficiently. Undoubtedly, the designees will face challenges with their new roles in the institution. These challenges will shape them to become better than before.

Each of the designees still has their teaching loads on top of their new duties and responsibilities. They are entitled to the benefits and privileges that are inherent to their present designation subject to the auditing and accounting rules and regulations and availability of funds. Congratulatory messages flooded the comment sections of each of the designees when their designations were announced.
