Jaylord Torres, BSIT student, settled for third overall in chess in the SUC III Olympics 2010 in BulSU last December 17. Torres tallied points on account of six wins, two draws and two losses in ten outings. A tie with TSU advanced him to the semi-finals match over RMTU in which he hooked the third place.
