Engr. Mark Allen Armenion, from Alcorcon Review Center gave the welcome remarks, reminded the students of the importance of maintaining focus: “Focus lang sa review, wag muna sa social media.” A timely reminder that distractions must be set aside in pursuit of a clear goal.

Dr. Alking B. Gorospe, Dean of the ASCOT School of Engineering, delivered an uplifting message, extending his best wishes to the reviewees. He encouraged them to aim for excellence and set a bold goal of achieving a 100% passing rate for both the School of Engineering and the entire institution.

To further fuel their motivation, Engr. Oscar C. Barawid, PhD, ASCOT Vice President for Administration, Planning, and Finance, shared a well-laid game plan—comprising tips, strategies, and tricks not just to pass, but to excel.

One student expressed heartfelt gratitude, stating, “ASCOT, particularly the School of Engineering, has prepared us for this journey. They’ve done everything they can to set us up for success. Now, it’s our turn to do our part and make not just our parents proud, but our institution as well.”

Also present were Engr. Mark Angelo E. Diaz, PhD, Area Chairperson for ASCOT Mechanical Engineering, Engr. Amarlo A. Banania, PhD, and Engr. Felix Rabago, who further reinforced the message—ASCOT believes in them, and they’re ready to take on the challenge.
