July 19, 2024, Baler Convention Center – At Aurora State College of Technology’s 38th Commencement Exercises, Magna Cum Laude graduate Aira Jean Duquesa Pimentel delivered a heartfelt speech with its themes of gratitude, perseverance, and hope.

Reflecting on her journey, Aira shared, “Sa bawat pagsisikap sa aking pag-aaral, lagi kong iniisip ang aking mga magulang. Ang kanilang pagod at pawis ang naging inspirasyon ko,” highlighting the immense influence her parents’ sacrifices had on her success.

In a message that resonated with her fellow graduates, she said, “Nawa’y ang araw na ito ay maging simula ng masaganang bukas para sa ating lahat. Patuloy tayong mangarap, magtiyaga, at magmalasakit sa kapwa. Ang edukasyon ay isang patuloy na proseso ng pag-unlad at pagbabago.” Aira reminded everyone that education is not just a goal but a lifelong journey of learning and growth.
