September 9, 2024 – The Human Resource and Management Unit and the General Services Unit of Aurora State College of Technology facilitated the weekly flag ceremony at the ASCOT Zabali Campus in Baler.Ms. Maria Veronica M. Dulay, the Head of the Human Resource and Management Unit, highlighted the announcement about the annual celebration of the 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, in accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 1050, Series of 1997, which declares September as Civil Service Month.
With the theme “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes,” Ms. Dulay encouraged ASCOT’s faculty and staff to participate in the activities proposed by the Provincial Government of Aurora.
Despite the unpredictable weather, the ceremony went on as planned, showing the ASCOT community’s adaptability.
