Two months after the Groundbreaking ceremony held last January 12, 2011, the construction of ASCOT Building for Casiguran Campus is on its way. The project was made possible through the efforts of Congressman Juan Edgrado M. Angara who funded 3M pesos for the construction. The land settlers Mr. Deogracias Abrio and Mr. Teodorico Abrio who signed agreement giving way to ASCOT to utilize the land.

The construction of the two-classroom building will be the groundwork for the
campus development now catering two courses, BS Fisheries and BIT-ET with a total number of 108 students. Currently , these small group of faculty and students were opportune to utilized classrooms offered by Casiguran National High School.
