May be an image of 10 people and textOctober 15, 2024 – The Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) participated in the Executive Summit held at Best Western Plus Metro Clark in Angeles City, Pampanga. The event gathered presidents of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Central Luzon and officials from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office III to discuss the state of Philippine higher education and strengthen institutional collaboration. Key discussions focused on improving educational quality, promoting student mobility, and integrating technology into academic programs.
 
Upon his return, ASCOT President Renato G. Reyes emphasized the need for collective effort within the college community, stating, “Kailangan natin sa ASCOT mag-level up. Ang focus ngayon ay para ang ating institusyon ay mag-prosper. Through you (faculty and staff), through us—if we work together, the institution will reach greater heights.” He also highlighted the importance of faculty pursuing research publications and doctorate degrees.
