September 5, 2024 – The Aurora State College of Technology is undergoing a 2-day refresher training and dry run of the Online School Management System (OSMS), facilitated by Pinacle Technologies Inc. at the Accreditation Hall in the General Education Building on the ASCOT Zabali Campus.The training was a refresher and dry-run overview for the module specific trainings conducted online last august. This aims to ensure that ASCOT staff are familiar with the latest updates and functionalities of the system. Pinacle Technologies Inc., led by Ms. Elyza Arcenal, the project leader for the Online School Management System (OSMS), guides the participants through the new features and address any questions or queries.
Mr. Don Sean Arvie V. Buencamino, ASCOTs Project Leader for OSMS implementation, emphasizes the importance of this training in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the institution’s online systems.
“The integration of ASCOT’s OSMS with the LMS will transform student learning and streamline administrative tasks, enhancing efficiency and communication across the board,” he quoted.
Present during the sessions are the designated school registrar from each courses, admission office, registrar’s office, accounting and finance office, guidance office, health and services unit and the scholarship office.
