May 28, 2024 – Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) is proud to announce that it will host this year’s Aurora Youth for Sports and Arts Organization (AYOS-A) series of workshops in preparation for the Philippine-Spanish Friendship Day celebration.

In partnership with AYOS-A, represented by Project Coordinator Ms. Alpha Culanag, ASCOT will conduct a three-day workshop from June 27-29, 2024. The workshop will focus on honing the artistic, cultural, and performing skills of the participants through a series of specialized training sessions and creative workshops.

Participants can expect a comprehensive program featuring expert-led sessions in visual arts, music, dance, and theater. Additionally, cultural presentations and interactive activities will provide a platform for participants to express their creativity and learn from each other.

The collaboration aims to highlight the rich talents and diverse cultures of Aurora, culminating in a vibrant showcase during the Philippine-Spanish Friendship Day celebration on June 30, 2024. This event will include performances, art exhibitions, and cultural displays that celebrate the shared history and ongoing relationship between the Philippines and Spain.

Gonzales the Director of International, External, and Alumni Services Office, Dr. Alma S. Bayudan the Director of Students Affairs and Services, and Mr. Joshua D. Dela Cruz the Director of Socio-Cultural Affairs Unit.
