June 10, 2024 – The Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) conducted a flag ceremony at the ASCOT grounds, attended by students, faculty, and staff. A highlight of the ceremony was the introduction of the newly elected officers of the ASCOT Supreme
College Student Council (SCSC). The new officers are:

The new SCSC President, Jawnel O. Baldonade, thanked the College Electoral Board for ensuring a fair election. He emphasized his commitment to leadership, inspired by the need for positive changes, and highlighted the importance of leaving a legacy. “The position we hold is not ours to keep, dadating ang takdang panahon na tayo ay magtuturn over, kaya mahalaga na mag iwan tayo ng maayos na legasiya” he said.
ASCOT President Renato G. Reyes congratulated the newly elected officers, reminding everyone that the student body plays a vital role in the college’s progress. He stressed the importance of selfless service, love for one’s work, and maintaining excellence in all endeavors. “Ang daming nagtitiwala, huwag natin itong sirain. Ibalik natin ang magandang serbisyo, laging dapat may excellence sa ating mga trabaho” he emphasized.
