SMART Communications Representatives, Avelino Gamboa Jr., NCL Manager – Community Solutions and Business Development, Julius Mondala, Community Specialist, and Mr. Arnel Querijero, Aurora Telecoms Owner, turned over LTE Sims with Php 5,000 worth of load to Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT), represented by For. Michelle A. Resueño, VPAA, Sherwin B. Glorioso, Former PIPDPO Director, and Diana de Mesa ASCOT PIO, December 3.
The said sim cards are rewards to the College for registering more than 200 sim cards distributed to ASCOT faculty members and staff. The load will be shared with lucky faculty members and staff via raffle. The date of the raffle is yet to be announced.
Backtrack: ASCOT has been partnering with SMART Communications, Inc. in launching the ASCOT Information Board, the first Infoboard Service in the province of Aurora since 2013. The said Infoboard, now also known as SMART Infocast, enables the students, faculty, staff, and even alumni who were enrolled in the service to access relevant information and important announcements such as class suspensions, schedule of activities, advisories, reports, news, and other useful information via SMS anytime anywhere for free.
