The incentive, announced during the General Assembly on December 13, 2024, recognizes the employees’ contributions to meeting performance targets through cost-cutting and efficiency measures. Initiatives included reusing materials, minimizing electricity use, and reducing fuel consumption for service vehicles.

The achievement was made possible through the efforts of the ASCOT Faculty and Staff Association, led by President Jocelyn H. Diaz and Vice President Godfrey L. Gudoy, securing CNA approval from the Civil Service Commission and the Department of Labor and Employment.

This milestone highlights ASCOT’s commitment to sustainability and resourcefulness, paving the way for a greener, more efficient institution.
