Ma’am Maria Lucia “Rose” A. Ramos, our HRMO, joined us on today’s Episode 27: HRM-Oh!

A regional award was received by our College’s Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO) for its compliance and outstanding performance in providing service delivery to its constituents. This achievement was highlighted through this episode, wherein recruitment, selection, and placement, as well as learning and development, incentives and recognition, and government benefits were all covered during the interview.

After discussing the HRMO’s core functions, our guest discussed various collegiate activities involving the HRMO, such as team-building activities that help promote the faculty members and staff’s mental health and well-being.
