Aurora State College of Technology has again produced new professionals based on the latest results of various licensure examinations released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for the months of March, April, May and June.
Institutional Performance above the national passing rate was posted in the May 2015 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination and March 2015 Licensure Examination for Professional Teacher where ASCOT got a passing rate of 66.67% against the 31.57% national passing rate and 33.33% over the 31.63% national passing rate respectively.
In the recently released results of the June 2015 Agriculturist Licensure Examination, three new Licensed Agriculturists from the Department of Agriculture and Aquatic Sciences was included in the list of passers, they are Joselle Calara Dela Torre, Roosevelt Viernes Espineli, Rommel Lomboy Picart and Ma. Anthonete Alegre.
Four new Civil Engineers, Engr. Rodelio Gomez Dumandal, Engr. Wonder May Valencia Orozco, Engr. Ronald Leal Temajo and Engr. Keizzel Ann Bihasa Villaflor were also added to the roster of successful examinees from the Department of Engineering from the result of the May 2015 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination. Two ASCOTIANs also passed the April 2015 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination namely, Engr. Rachelle Serrano Aguja and Engr. Kristian Santiago Gonzales. Likewise, Engr. James Robin Esteves Luna also hurdled the March 2015 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination successfully.
Meanwhile, the March 2015 Licensure Examination for Professional Teacher has also included seven new Professional Teachers from ASCOT, five of which were Certificate in Professional Education graduates: Rene Ferreras Aragon, Arlyn Lastimosa Macanas, Lorena Argueza Merano, Cristelita Agoy Panlilio, and Analie Villena Sindac. Also included in the list are Jerne May De Afria Mateo (BSED) and Michelle Carreon Permejo (BEED).
For its 21 years of existence, ASCOT was known for consistently producing globally competitive graduates. ASCOT graduates now occupy positions in private and government institutions not only in the Province of Aurora but also in different places worldwide.
