The seminar was conducted by the Civil Service Commision and was participated by ASCOT faculty and staff. Nueva Ecija CSC Director Mr. Edgar M. Martinez led the lecture on Strategic Performance Management Systems while Aurora CSC Director Mr. Jose G. Gea discussed the Anti-Red Tape law.

ASCOT President Dr. Eusebio V. Angara also gave a brief message regarding the seminar, reminding everyone to reflect on their work and contribution to the institution.

As a part of the seminar, an open forum also took place. Participants were all eager in asking questions while the speakers tried to answer all of their queries.

The seminar ended with the awarding of certificates and closing remarks. (KTOlivar)
