As part of the Toyotyan Community Integrated Development Program, ASCOT Extension partnered with LGU Dipaculao to conduct training in the community. The training is for the registry system of the basic sectors in agriculture. It was held on November 23, 2021, at the barangay covered court.
This training aims to register farmers to the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture. It also opts to strengthen their capabilities and empower them to become a self-reliant and self-sustaining community. Mr. Eduardo Balicha Agustin, Agricultural Technologist of Municipal Agricultural Office of LGU –Dipacilao, and Ma’am Rosalita Torre, RSBA Coordinator of LGU-Dipaculao, were tapped to be the resource persons for the training.
Key people from the ASCOT’s Vice-President for Research and Extension Office facilitated the training. It was made possible with the support of the following. Dr. Eusebio V. Angara, Mr. Rick Gonzales, Ms. Myrna V. Curitana, Mr. RafRev Masibay Ruzol, Mr. Ralph B. Borbe, and Mr. Manuel Sabacan Quezon.
