ASCOT College of Law’s Pioneering Batch Receives Level 1 Certification as Law Student Practitioners

July 2, 2024 – ASCOT College of Law celebrated a significant milestone as its pioneering batch achieved Level 1 Certification as Law Student Practitioners (LSPs). The certification ceremony, presided over by Executive Judge Enrico Voltaire S. Rivera, saw Ms. Joyce V. Constantino, Ms. Jissle F. Lapig, Ms. Pamela M. Tomin, Mr. Ferdinand B. Usita, and Ms. Michelle M. Valenzuela take their oath to engage in the limited practice of law.

Supervising the newly certified practitioners was Atty. Angel Chona Grace Valero-Nuñez, a CLEP professor. The event was attended by Atty. Racquel R. Dujunco, Dean of ASCOT College of Law, and faculty members including Atty. May Ann D. Amwao, Atty. Gennethe Anne R. Villabeza, Atty. Jad Michael T. Doringo, and Atty. Mia Zyra B. Lumasac.

This achievement reflects ASCOT’s commitment to legal education and highlights the dedication of its students to the legal profession. The certification ceremony marks a significant beginning for these individuals and sets a precedent for future aspiring legal professionals at ASCOT College of Law.
