October 17, 2024 – The Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) has partnered with the Central Luzon Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (CLAARRDEC) by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the “ICT Infrastructure Upgrading for CLAARRDEC and Selected CMIs” project.
ASCOT President Renato G. Reyes and CLAARRDEC Consortium Director Dr. Edgar A. Orden are the principal signatories. This project aims to enhance the ICT infrastructure of CLAARRDEC and select Consortium Member Institutions (CMIs) by improving communication systems and network connectivity through upgraded hardware and wiring.
Key initiatives include creating a mini video conference room for project monitoring and providing ICT infrastructure training for R&D workers, promoting equal opportunities for all participants.
This collaboration is essential for effective research and development in today’s digital landscape, positioning ASCOT as a leader in technology advancement and boosting the competitiveness of its member institutions.
