Last November 22, Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) Extension and Training Services Office collaborated with the Agricultural Training Institute of Region III and the Office of the Provincial Agriculturists. The collaboration was for the re-orientation on TECHNO-GABAY and the Status of Farmer’s Information and Technology Services (FITS). This was done through the Zoom Conference Platform from 1:00-4:30 PM.

Dr. Jay Moises Amon hosted the event. Aurora Provincial Agriculturist, Mr. Arnold B. Novicio gave the welcome remarks. A special message was delivered by Dr. Eutiquio L. Rotaquio Jr., ASCOT College President, and Mr. Mario A. Lapitan, OIC-Center Director, Agricultural Training Institute, Regional Training Center 3. Ms. Eula Dee Lanada, Regional Techno-Gabay Program (TGP) Coordinator lead the re-orientation of the TGP and presented the template for the TGP work plan. Ms. Leah R. Lombres, Provincial TGP/FITS Coordinator gave updates about the status of the TGP and FITS in Aurora. The closing remarks were given by ASCOT Extension Director, Mr. Ricardo G. Gonzales Jr.

Different Information System Specialists (ISS), Technology System Specialists (TSS), and Magsasaka Siyentista (MS) from the Office of the Municipal Agriculturists of Baler, Dinalungan, Dingalan, Dipaculao, Maria Aurora, and San Luis attended the event.
