The extension of the TES Scholarship application period resulted in increased student participation and improved access to financial assistance. More eligible students were able to complete and submit their requirements within the extended timeframe, ensuring broader coverage of scholarship beneficiaries. The initiative strengthened coordination between the Office of Student Affairs and Services, academic departments, and CHED, resulting in a more efficient and student-centered application process. It also heightened awareness among students regarding available government scholarship programs and the importance of timely compliance with requirements. Furthermore, the activity reinforced the institution’s commitment to aligning its programs with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in promoting inclusive, equitable, and accessible higher education. The experience also established improved procedural strategies that can be applied in future scholarship implementations to ensure continued support for deserving students.
