“Living up as a servant hero” was this year’s theme for the annual Regional Council of Personnel Officers (RCPO) Convention held at the Crown Regency Resorts and Convention Center in Balabag, Boracay Island, last May 8-10, 2013. Among the participants from Aurora were ASCOT HRM Officer Maria Lucia A. Ramos, ASCOT-AMRDI Project Assistant Jonnie L. Glorioso and ASCOT-AMRDI Project Management Assistant Caroline B. Bautista.

The three-day event was attended by Human Resource Managemment Practioners and officers tasked to handle personnel actions, from different provinces from Region III.

This year’s convention focused on the introduction of new personnel mechanisms and pointers on job description writing which will equip HRM practitioners in providing excellent HR processes. The participants have undergone a series of HR modules to capacitate them as they introduce change in personnel management geared towards excellent public service. (KTOlivar)
