On March 12, 2020, Dr. Rotaquio calls for an emergency meeting to all Directors and Unit Heads of Aurora State College of Technology through Memorandum Order No. 52 s. 2020 at ASCOT Accreditation Hall, Juan C. Angara Building, Zabali, Baler, Aurora. The meeting started exactly 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon with a prayer lead by For. Michelle A. Resueño, Vice President for Planning and Finance.

The highlight of the meeting are regarding the three (3) advisories coming from CHED Central Office inligned with the guidelines and health protocols coming from Department of Health and World Health Organization and the possible COVID-19 preventive measures of the College. The WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic last March 11, 2020. The Civil Service Commission guidelines on Work Arrangement are also discussed. – Rona Jane Cacanindin
