The Aurora State College of Technology Alumni Association, Inc. recognized Mr. Alvin Facelo for his exemplary academic achievement as ASCOT’s first Magna Cum Laude in a simple awarding program held last May 24, 2013 in the Office of the College President, Dr. Eusebio V. Angara.

The officers presented a Certificate of Recognition with a Cash Incentive to Facelo.In a remarks made by Ms. Jonnie L. Glorioso, Alumni President, she commends Alvin for bringing pride and honor to the College and for serving as an inspiration to other students to strive on their studies as well.

During the program, Dr. Eusebio V. Angara congratulated Alvin’s mother, who was with him on the awarding, for the guidance and support that she untiringly given to her son. All of her labors were well-rewarded through Alvin’s achievement. He further encouraged and motivated Alvin to make it to the top on the board examination and advised him to concentrate and focus on his reviews.

On the other hand, Mr. Gerardo S. Rillon, Adviser of the Association, informed that Mr. Facelo will be given additional cash incentive if he would be included in the Top Ten LET Passers. The said event was also attended by the other Alumni officers who witnessed the awarding program.(CPanlilio)
