With the theme, “Pusong Central Luzon, Pusong Bayani”, the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines Region 3 Alumni Community of Heroes (TOSP R3ACH), in cooperation with the Commission on Higher Education Region 3 and with Aurora State College of Technology as Regional Partner, conducted the Search for the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines Regional Week. In line with the event is the conduct of the BAYANITaktakan: Youth Forum which was held at the ASCOT General Education Building, Upper Lobby last April 25, 2014 and was attended by student leaders from the province.
