ASCOT Secures CHED COPC for 6 Programs

March 3, 2025 – Big news for ASCOT! The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has officially granted Certificates of Program Compliance (COPC) to six of our degree programs, reaffirming our commitment to quality education and academic excellence.

The CHED-Certified Programs are: BS in Tourism Management, BS in Hospitality Management, BS in Environmental Science, BS in Fisheries, BS in Accountancy, BA in Political Science.

The COPC confirms that these programs offered by ASCOT comply with national standards in faculty qualifications, curriculum, facilities, and student services, reinforcing the college’s commitment to quality education.

Dr. Ma Luz F. Cabatan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, expressed gratitude to the deans, faculty, and staff for their dedication to achieving this milestone.

“This recognition is a testament to our collective efforts in providing future-ready education. With the support of our deans and faculty, ASCOT continues to elevate its programs, research, and community initiatives,” Dr. Cabatan said.
