ASCOT Marches for Women’s Empowerment at Provincial Capitol

March 24, 2025 – Employees of Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) took part in a parade at the Provincial Capitol Grounds as part of the culminating activity for National Women’s Month.

With the theme “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas,” the ASCOT Gender and Development Office, headed by Director Ms. Amparo Roberta A. Espinosa, attended the event. The parade highlighted the role of women in various sectors and reinforced their contributions to national progress.

The celebration served as a reminder of the vital role of women in shaping society and advancing national development. It emphasized the importance of gender equality and the continuous efforts to create opportunities for women across all sectors.

ASCOT’s participation underscored its commitment to gender equality and women empowerment, aligning with the nationwide advocacy for an inclusive and progressive future.
