March 27, 2025- A meeting was held for the submission and finalization of plans for the ₱100 million multi-purpose building, set to enhance Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) facilities for academic and administrative functions.

Present in the discussion were ASCOT President Dr. Renato G. Reyes, Vice President for Administration, Planning and Finance, Engr. Oscar C. Barawid, Jr., Project Management Unit headed by Architect Kelvin O. Minoza, Engr.Jeremi S. Lopez and Engr. Kaye Ann S. Fernandez.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) was represented by OIC Chief, Engr. Aida G. Hidalgo, Planning and Design Section, Arch. Neil Dexter P. Tolentino; Architect II, Engr. Micah Ella Putol; Engr. Rodamin N. Frondozo; and Engr. Jann Kevin Grepalda.

This meeting ensured the project’s smooth implementation, aligning technical requirements and infrastructure goals to provide a more functional and modern space for ASCOTians.
